Quality Assurance Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Quality Assurance (QA) Associate

to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

both manual and automation testing , a solid understanding of QA methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.

This role involves ensuring product reliability, performance, and compliance by identifying and addressing defects before release.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

functional and technical testing

of business and mobile applications.

Develop and execute

comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts .

Utilize and manage

bug tracking systems

and

automated testing tools .

Design, set up, and implement automation testing frameworks

from scratch.

Conduct

requirement analysis

and prepare detailed

specification and test documentation .

Review, document, and ensure implementation of

policy-level changes

and

software controls .

Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

(developers, product managers, and business analysts) to ensure timely and accurate software releases.

Test and validate Android-based applications

(experience preferred).

Ensure adherence to

QA best practices

and maintain a high standard of software quality.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Computer Science , Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed university.

Minimum

3 years of hands‑on experience

in software quality assurance.

Proven experience with

automation testing tools

such as : Selenium

Cypress

Appium

Postman / Newman (API Testing)

JUnit / TestNG / PyTest / Playwright (optional)

Experience with

bug tracking systems

(e.g.,

JIRA ,

Bugzilla ,

Azure DevOps ).

Strong understanding of

software development life cycle (SDLC)

and

QA methodologies .

Excellent

analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation

skills.

Strong

communication and collaboration

abilities in a team‑oriented environment.

Key QA & Automation Skills

Test Automation Framework Design & Maintenance

Regression, Smoke, and Integration Testing

API and Database Testing

Version Control (Git, Bitbucket)

CI / CD Integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)

Performance and Load Testing Tools (JMeter, LoadRunner – preferred)

Scripting experience in

Python, Java, or JavaScript
