Build & maintain landing pages and blogs using WordPress. Create and manage automations using Zapier for lead gen and campaign workflows. Support email automation workflows via platforms like ActiveCampaign and MailerLite. Maintain and optimize website performance, ensuring it is fast, responsive, and free from bugs. Admin and Miscellaneous work as needed. Requirements

Proven WordPress experience (you’ll be building pages regularly). Hands-on Zapier experience, with knowledge of multi-step zaps and integrations. Familiarity with email automation platforms like ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, or similar. Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot. A sharp eye for bugs and performance issues—you care about speed and stability. Understand basic HTML / CSS or can work with developers when needed. Bonus Points

Have experience in A / B testing or optimizing conversion rates on landing pages. Love improving systems and suggesting better tech workflows. Technical & Work Environment Requirements

Internet Connection : Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device : Desktop or laptop equipped with at least : Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. Backup Device : Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and be functional during power interruptions. A functioning webcam. A noise-canceling USB headset. A quiet, dedicated home office space. Peripherals and Workspace : A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
