Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients. Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals. Seeking ways of improving the way the business operates. Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes. Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them. Job Specification
