to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing and managing sales activities, engaging with clients, and ensuring the successful conversion of leads into business deals. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Zameen’s market share in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Actively generate and manage leads for real estate sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Provide comprehensive details and insights about real estate properties to potential clients.
Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations to facilitate decision-making.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
Provide training and guidance to junior sales team members when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
