We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Designer & Developer in Pakistan to join our company on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites, implementing SEO strategies, designing banners, landing pages and more. This position requires working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, which will be night shift in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites as per the client needs.
• Manage and maintain the functionality of websites, ensuring high performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
• Implement and maintain SEO best practices to increase site visibility.
• Design and optimize banners and landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Design creative and impactful designs for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the clients and the team to align website design with brand strategy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
• Ensure seamless integration of content with the website’s design.
• Make necessary SEO adjustments to the website including but not limited to site architecture, meta tags, and improving site speed and mobile responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends.
• Follow through with commitments and foster mutual trust.
• Assume additional responsibility without being asked.
• Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.
