Responsibilities
- Managing Commercial, PMO, Procurement and logistics departments.
- Working on RFQ and bid submissions.
- Financial modeling for pricing on RFQs and remodeling as per actual circumstances.
- Giving presentations in meetings on commercial related issues.
- Planning and ensuring all commercial offers are submitted and that POs and variation orders are received against the submitted commercial offers.
- Ensuring proper control over the customer pots activity.
- Monitoring activities to gauge against the clauses laid in the contract.
- Planning the procurement of materials and subcontracts and ensuring its implementation.
- Issuing subcontracts and pots.
- Acting as a front end between management and subcontracts / suppliers.
- As a Project Controller, checking that all project activities are carried out within budget.
- Mitigating the risk of activities that may result in negative margin cost variations.
- Ensuring that the database as per SOW is properly maintained.
- Advising and drafting reports for senior management.
- Planning logistics activities to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitoring logistics to ensure delivery of materials on time, with the required quality and at least cost.
- Preparation of project quarterly cash flow statements.
- Project unit returns for all projects on a monthly basis.
- Any other job assigned by management.
