Candidate must have at least 2 year’s hands on experience of EBAY, Amazon and Marketplace etc. Full-time, Permanent (Working hours are Mon to Fri 2 pm to 10 pm) As an eCommerce Account Manager at AIB Global, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online business forward. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize our online sales channels including Ebay, Amazon, Shopify and Marketplace and enhance customer experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a passion for eCommerce, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities : Manage key eCommerce accounts including Ebay, Amazon, Shopify and Marketplace, ensuring optimal product visibility, content quality, and customer engagement. Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling product listings, visuals, and promotional campaigns. Analyze eCommerce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with online marketplaces, third-party sellers, and vendors. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing. Job Specification

Candidate must have at least 2 year’s hands on experience of EBAY, Amazon and Marketplace etc. Proven experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, or related roles. Stays focused and maintains quality when handling multiple tasks at the same time, knowing when to consult others with critical viewpoints or experience to help make key decisions. Adaptability / Flexibility – Works constructively under pressure, responds resourcefully to change and maintains a confident and constructive outlook. An individual who is an energizer and an excellent team player. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
