Position Summary :
We are looking on the behalf of our client for the position of "HR Generalist" who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, compliance with employment laws and regulations, employee relations and initiatives that foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing culture. He will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's human resources strategy to support their dynamic growth and international expansion.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives.
Oversee employee relations activities, including addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
Manage performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews, providing feedback to employees, and implementing performance improvement plans.
Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and talent acquisition strategies.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Oversee HRIS implementation and management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in HR data management.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a positive work culture and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and priorities and develop strategies to address them effectively.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices and recommend improvements to HR policies and processes as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR
In depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Organisational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or CHRP) is a plus.
Note :
Experience of the individual should not be more than 5 years.
Testing Phase :
It comprises of 3 stages; General / IQ test, Technical test, Psychometric test.
