Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Rawalpindi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly sales targets. They will also engage in training and development sessions, manage sales activities, and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet targets
• Experience in Training and Development in a sales context
• Sales Management skills, including lead generation and relationship building
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
