Our client is based in Florida, USA, and running a digital marketing agency and is looking for an experienced SEO / PR and Marketing Strategist to plan and execute organic growth strategies for a set of clients. The client mainly handles local service businesses seeking growth with Local SEO and maintains a policy of “no jerks” for both clients and team members.

You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure social media presence aligns with marketing goals and messaging is consistent across platforms. To excel, you should be highly organized, creative, and have a keen eye for detail. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies and adapt quickly to changes in the landscape. With drive, enthusiasm, and top-notch communication skills, you’ll be a great fit for this opportunity.

What you’ll be doing :

• Monitor multiple Facebook groups and interact with business partners, clients, and potential clients to engage the group in discussions and drive traffic to our website
• Keep track of user interaction, suggest content improvements, and understand hashtags
• Create and execute marketing strategies to promote our niche podcast
• Build a solid network by communicating through emails and using social media with painting industry professionals
• Promote interaction by posting regularly, leaving comments, and focusing on gaining new followers
• Join / Monitor relevant groups / forums to gain insights from clients
• Manage comments and direct messages on social media channels
• Syndicate / Post videos across different channels
• Identify and apply social media KPIs by regularly evaluating client metrics for optimization
• Assess each social media campaign’s effectiveness
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Note : this is not a content creation position. You will work with our content creator, but you will focus on Facebook group moderation and interactions

Who are we looking for?

Position : PR and Marketing Strategist

Remote Status : Fully Remote

Preferred Location : Global

Working Hours : 9 am to 6 pm EST

Holidays : 20 PTO days per year (usable for US or local holidays, etc.; accumulates over the year)

Salary : PKR 180,000 to PKR 280,000 per month
