Assistant Manager Technical Microtech Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., Pakistan

1. Overall managing technical department both VTMS Operators as well as Installers. 2. Planning of trainings and workshops. 3. Ensure secure operation of all servers and services. 4. Monitor system logs and activity on all servers. 5. Develop and test new servers and services. 6. Use established tracking system to log requests; monitor progress, track problem resolution, identify patterns of failure, research bug fixes and implement solutions. 7. Coordinate with vendors to resolve operating system issues (Hardware / Software). 8. Provide updates, status, and completion information to Project Manager. 9. Provide coaching and support to the VTS Team (VTS Installers and VTMS Operators). 10. Delegate tasks and follow up to ensure completion. 11. Manage inventory of VTS units and installation / repair materials. 12. Ensure the function of technical department during installation of VTS devices in vehicles. 13. Coordinate with VTMS Operators, Manager Operations, Sales Department, and Project Manager during emergency situations.
