DevOps Engineer (AWS  /  Cloud Infrastructure)

Loadme Inc. is an early-stage technology startup building scalable, data-driven products. We

are laying the foundation for production-grade infrastructure while maintaining the

flexibility and speed required in a growing startup environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain our cloud

infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys

owning systems end-to-end, working closely with application engineers, and establishing

best practices early in a company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, RDS / Aurora, IAM, S3)
• Build and manage CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Manage and maintain multiple environments (dev, staging, production)
• Support and maintain relational databases, preferably Aurora PostgreSQL
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS CloudWatch
• Apply security best practices including IAM least privilege and secrets management
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to improve deployment workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues
• Create and maintain infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks
