DevOps Engineer (AWS / Cloud Infrastructure)
Loadme Inc. is an early-stage technology startup building scalable, data-driven products. We
are laying the foundation for production-grade infrastructure while maintaining the
flexibility and speed required in a growing startup environment.
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain our cloud
infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys
owning systems end-to-end, working closely with application engineers, and establishing
best practices early in a company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, RDS / Aurora, IAM, S3)
- Build and manage CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Manage and maintain multiple environments (dev, staging, production)
- Support and maintain relational databases, preferably Aurora PostgreSQL
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS CloudWatch
- Apply security best practices including IAM least privilege and secrets management
- Collaborate closely with software engineers to improve deployment workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues
- Create and maintain infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks
Required Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or CloudEngineering
Strong hands-on experience with AWS servicesExperience administering Linux-based systemsProven experience building and maintaining CI / CD pipelinesHands-on experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code toolsSolid understanding of cloud networking concepts (VPCs, subnets, security groups)Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQLAbility to work independently in a fast-paced startup environmentNice to Have
Experience with Docker and containerized workloadsExperience with Kubernetes or Amazon EKSExperience managing GitHub organizations, repositories, and access controlsAWS cost optimization experienceScripting experience using Bash or PythonRequirements
