We build growth systems endtoend : SEO, Google Ads, website development, local SEO, analytics dashboards, and conversion strategy. We’re datadriven and resultsobsessed, using SimilarWeb, RankMath, GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio to help service businesses dominate their local markets.

The Role We’re hiring a Full SEO Expert to own strategy, execution, and reporting across multiple U.S. client sites. You’ll collaborate directly with the founder and our web team to deliver measurable ranking and revenue gains.

Responsibilities

Perform keyword & competitor research using SimilarWeb, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner.

Manage RankMath setup and onpage optimization for WordPress / WPMU DEV sites.

Run full technical audits (CWV, indexing, architecture, schema, internal links, sitemaps).

Build highquality backlinks (no spam, no AI link farms); track referring domains & DR.

Create Looker Studio dashboards and clear monthly reports with insights & actions.

Partner with developers on site speed, structure, and conversion improvements.

Requirements

3+ years professional SEO experience (agency or multisite).

Proven use of SimilarWeb for competitive intel and gap analysis.

Expert with RankMath, GA4, GSC, and WordPress.

Strong English, documentation habits, and attention to detail.

Reliable internet; comfortable with Slack and Google Meet.
