REGIONAL MANAGER - Karachi

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Operational Excellence Management:
• Implement corrective action where necessary
• Check exception reports, obtain information for discrepancies
• Monitor call cycle activities and revise call cycles if required
• Monitor and review Operational KPIs to ensure Organization strategic objectives are met within the region.
• Ensure operations team adheres to parameters
• Obtain operational information from the Client
• Communicate information to operations team
• Analyze and respond to business information to design and implement operational improvements that remedy underperformance and respond to improvement opportunities
• Measure point of purchase implementation
• Identify, develop and execute opportunities and ad hoc initiatives and drives to increase operational excellence
• Develop and implement professional development for team.
• Ensure distribution methods are effective and efficient and identify problems and ensure resolution timeously

Client Service Management
• Connect with Regional team on weekly/ monthly basis
• Compliance to monthly Cycle Meetings with the regional team
• Reporting market trends/ competitor intelligence with analysis, insights and solution MoM basis
• Develop and maintain the client heat map (region wise)
• Adherence to PTC Contact Matrix
•
Effective Leadership and Team Management
• As Regional Manager, you are responsible for delivering organizational objectives, through active engagement and collaboration with employees at all levels in the organization.
• Be a role model for effective and positive leadership which is ethical, results driven and future oriented.
• Promote a regional culture of cohesive and responsive service provision to clients through effective leadership to Area Manager, Team Leaders and Brand Ambassadors.
• Provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, advice and coaching to direct reports, supporting skill development, continuous improvement and increased competencies through an effective performance management framework.
• Through effective inspirational and practical leadership, facilitate the creation of accountable, full-service teams who understand and strive to meet the needs of all client, customer and group objectives
• Continually inspire, motivate and develop people to understand what is expected of them (co-create a team/organizational culture of high accountability)
• Take full responsibility for performance of all direct reports, motivating and managing them in relation to quality standards and agreed benchmarks and objectives, focusing on all aspects of sound people management, such as:
o Recruitment
o Development
o Remuneration and rewards
o Leave management and labor turnover
o Performance management
o Career path planning
o On-the-job training, coaching & mentoring
Financial and Budget Management
• Optimize Operational costs
• Implement, monitor and review annual regional/portfolio budgets.
• Implement, monitor and review regional employee establishment.
• Submit budget to Manager for review and sign-off
• Analyze monthly departmental budgeting and accounting reports and identify and control variances
• Take appropriate action to ensure adherence to expense budgets
• Continually seek new ways to improve efficiency and decrease expenditure
• Ensure departmental compliance to relevant policies and procedures
• Proactively seek to identify and manage risk
