Responsibilities :
As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include : - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our products or services- Effectively resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets using CRM and ticketing systems- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products or services- Contributing to the development of our knowledge base and support documentation- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements :
Experience :
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a customer support or sales role, preferably within a technology or SaaS company. Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
Skills :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Additional certifications in customer service or relevant fields are highly desirable.
