Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cold Caller Specialist based in Rawalpindi , Pakistan. The Cold Caller Specialist will actively reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce Astrivius' services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings. The role requires diligent record-keeping of call outcomes, updating CRM systems, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine communication strategies. The individual will also manage client queries and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills Experience in lead generation, sales calls, and client engagement Familiarity with CRM tools and database management Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated Proficient in understanding client needs and aligning solutions accordingly Prior experience in digital marketing or tech-related fields is a plus A self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a bonus What we Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
