Business Development Specialist – Real Estate As a Business development specialist – Real Estate, you will be responsible for selling property units, paying visits to clients, generate sales lead, build pipeline, and convert prospects to sales numbers. While communicating effectively with customers, you will act as the face of the company to ensure each customer has a positive experience at Zameen.com by providing a simple and seamless process.

Responsibilities

Understanding clients requirements

Ensure that clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units.

Ensure that clients are given demonstrations, carry out site visits and timely closure of deals

Follow up with clients to understand evolving change in requirements.

Maintain good relationship with the clients.
