AI Team Lead at Elite IT Team Elite IT Team is seeking a skilled and client-oriented AI Team Lead to oversee AI-driven projects from client onboarding to delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and communication skills with a solid understanding of AI systems, automation workflows, and technical project management.

Elite IT Team is remote‑first with 2–3 in‑person gatherings per year. The selected candidate would be required to attend these gatherings at the company’s expense.

Responsibilities

Lead AI and automation projects from discovery to deployment.

Conduct onboarding and consultation calls with clients.

Provide technical guidance on AI feasibility and solution design.

Assign resources, define milestones, and manage project execution.

Prepare documentation such as feasibility reports and progress updates.

Coordinate between clients and technical teams for smooth delivery.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in AI project management or consulting.

Strong understanding of AI, ML, and automation workflows.

Hands‑on experience with AI / ML tools or frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑handling skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
