Responsible for managing the front desk greeting visitors handling phone calls and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role supports administrative tasks manages incoming and outgoing mails coordinates with vendors and maintains office supplies. The Receptionist represents the company professionally and provides efficient support to staff and visitors.
