We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Corporate Sales Executive to lead business development efforts, manage key corporate accounts, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales—preferably in the FMCG, gifting, or fragrance industry—with excellent client relationship management, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Strategy.
Additional certifications in sales, negotiation, or customer relationship management.
2–3 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in the FMCG, gifting, or fragrance industry.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
Demonstrated ability in developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and conducting client negotiations.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and long‑term client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities.
Goal‑oriented, self‑driven, capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho.
Comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and potential markets.
Build long‑term relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.
Prepare and present customized proposals, business cases, and pricing models.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly to maintain trust and retention.
Drive cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to stay ahead.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for innovation and improvement.
Use market insights to refine sales strategies and pricing.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing to design campaigns for corporate clients.
Collaborate with finance for credit approvals, billing, and payment follow‑ups.
Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of services / products to clients.
