Requirements
1-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and PPC campaign management. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.). Proven ability to improve website visibility, rankings, traffic, and conversions. Skilled in keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting. Ability to plan, execute, and optimise SEO & PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Solid understanding of technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema markup). Google Ads or Analytics certification will be considered a strong plus. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and time management.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial SEO audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and quick wins. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation. Optimise website content, meta tags, site structure, and internal linking for better search performance. Manage technical SEO elements including crawlability, indexation, page speed, and schema markup. Develop and execute local SEO strategies for targeted geographies. Build and implement white-hat link-building strategies. Plan, launch, and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms. Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams for engaging creatives. Monitor campaign performance, run A / B tests, and optimise landing pages for higher conversions. Manage campaign budgets and bids to maximise ROI and maintain a low CPL (Cost Per Lead). Track and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
