Job Overview :

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resources Executive with expertise in performance management, onboarding, and HR operations within the tech industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing performance evaluation frameworks, streamlining onboarding processes, and optimizing HR operations to align with organizational goals and talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead tech hiring by sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract skilled developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Regularly update policies to align with company growth and organizational needs.
  • Design and oversee performance appraisal systems, including goal setting, feedback, and annual reviews.
  • Identify employee performance gaps and recommend training or improvement plans.
  • Implement KPIs and performance metrics to assess employee effectiveness and growth.
  • Ensure a fair and transparent performance evaluation process to enhance productivity and motivation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and employee development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Tech Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, ATS and Google sheets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
