Job descriptionPrepare and compile monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Support consolidated financial statements for multiple entities. Conduct variance analysis and highlight operational or financial risks. Review VAT / tax workings and ensure timely filing and compliance. Maintain documentation and liaise with consultants and auditors. Lead preparation of annual accounts and audit schedules. Coordinate with auditors to resolve queries and ensure smooth audit completion. Strong command of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Experience in reconciliations, consolidations, and reporting. Proficiency in ERP / accounting systems (Xero, Odoo and Zoho). Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to lead junior team members and ensure task completion under deadlines. Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 3–5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory exposure. ACCA, CA-Inter, or equivalent qualification preferred. Familiarity with UK VAT / tax rules and reporting. Opportunity to grow into a leadership role within a structured finance team. Exposure to multi-entity accounting, VAT compliance, and audits. About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to take a lead role in our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will supervise junior staff, review reconciliations, and prepare management and financial reports. This position is central to ensuring accurate reporting, VAT compliance, and smooth year-end closing and audit preparation.
You will play a key role in strengthening our financial controls, supporting multiple business units, and coordinating with consultants and management for timely reporting.
