Multi Media Designer

As a Multimedia Designer at Marham, you’ll be working with the marketing team, providing your expertise to plan, design, shoot, and edit engaging visual content. Your creative outputs will align with the strategy and requirements of all social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others, supporting Marham’s overall marketing goals.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy marketing team of a VC-backed Pakistani startup that boasts the largest social media following among health tech startups in the region, with 4 million+ followers and a YouTube channel of over 2.2 million subscribers. You will be immersed in the world of digital marketing, content creation, and creative executions, working alongside talented individuals and industry experts.

Responsibilities :

• Edit all types of long-form and short-form video content using industry-standard softwares (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create polished and visually appealing videos.
• Capture / shoot high-quality footage using professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, ensuring top-notch production value.
• Design engaging social media creatives / designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shoot / edit video projects including promotional videos, ads, educational content, interviews, and event coverages.
• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit reels / short-form video content, as well as long-form content such as podcasts and interviews.
• Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring it is ready and functioning for all scheduled shoots, in collaboration with the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in videography, video editing, and graphic design to continuously improve output quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines and deliver video and design content that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Ensure all video and design content adheres to Marham’s brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across platforms.
