Job descriptionDegree(s) / Major(s) : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Certification(s) : Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus. Must have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 06 months of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) Segment prospects based on compelling events and key research points. Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and shadow sales calls and demos. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth. Collaborate with technical teams to understand IKONICs products and services in depth. Maintain and update client databases (CRM) to ensure accurate lead tracking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales, client interaction, and business growth within the tech industry. Basic understanding of software solutions, SaaS products, or IT services is a plus. Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Post job openings on various platforms and track applicant responses. Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other digital channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Support employer branding efforts through content, outreach, and event coordination. Prepare recruitment reports, analytics, and hiring dashboards. Collaborate with the IT team to automate or enhance recruitment workflows where possible. Assist in project planning and execution Help manage project timelines and deliverables Coordinate communications between team members and stakeholders Monitor project progress and report any issues Maintain project documentation and record meeting minutes Support the development of project plans and schedules Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Basic understanding of software solutions, SaaS products, or IT services is a plus. Participate in client meetings and assist in managing communications and follow-ups. Develop a strong understanding of how tech-driven teams operate across departments. Enhance your technical, analytical, and communication skills through real-world projects. Gain confidence in handling professional responsibilities and client interactions.
