Job description

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused

Virtual Front Desk Officer to manage patient interactions and front-desk operations. The role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capability to handle a dynamic healthcare environment with professionalism.

Job Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and confirmations.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

Maintain patient records, files, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Assist with billing, payments, and insurance-related queries as needed.

Ensure a welcoming and organized reception area.

Skills & Qualifications Education : Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Prior experience in medical or healthcare front desk is preferred.

Must be available for onsite night shift (5 PM – 2 AM).

Paid training before official deployment.
