for an Estonia based real estate company. The focus of this role is to find qualified prospects across LinkedIn and similar platforms and warm them up for the sales team. This is a
100 percent commission based role
with strong earning potential for specialists who can deliver consistent results. Responsibilities
Search for potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms Send initial outreach messages and follow up with replies Identify interested prospects and transfer them to the sales team Maintain steady activity, roughly
500 to 700 outreach messages per week Weekly goal, 20 warm or hot leads handed over to sales Requirements
Experience with LinkedIn lead generation Strong communication skills Ability to research and identify relevant prospects Consistent weekly performance Compensation
€5,000 per closed deal Commission only Payments sent within 3 to 5 days
after the client pays Average deal cycle :
