Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer / Automation Developer to join our team and help build the next generation of AI-driven tools that support our human agents and enhance operational efficiency. This is a fully remote role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, innovative environments and enjoys solving real business problems with AI.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered automations and workflows that support outbound call operations, insurance-related processes, claim resolution support, and workflow summarization. Your work will directly enable our internal teams to work faster, smarter, and with greater accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and deploy outbound AI call agents for cold outreach and insurance-related communication.

Implement AI-assisted workflows that support human agents in tasks such as resolving claim rejections, insurance follow-ups, and customer communication.

Build tools for summarization of workflow and process-related data , giving teams quick insights and actionable information.

Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.

Optimize AI models and automations for performance, accuracy, and reliability.

Create scalable internal tools and integrate them with existing systems.

Ensure AI-driven solutions comply with relevant policies, data standards, and workflow requirements.

Continuously research new AI capabilities and propose improvements.

Requirements

Experience with AI automation, LLMs, or building AI agent workflows.

Familiarity with outbound calling systems, insurance workflows, or claim-related processes is a strong plus .

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business processes into AI-enabled workflows.

Experience with Python, automation platforms, or AI model integration.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

Hands‑on experience with insurance claim processing tools.

Background in building voice AI agents or call automation systems.

Understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, or workflow orchestration tools.
