Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead digital campaigns from concept to conversion. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in media planning, campaign execution, and paid advertising across major digital platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creative insight to ensure every campaign drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Manage full campaign lifecycle from strategy and budgeting to performance tracking and optimization.
  • Conduct audience research, develop targeting strategies, and create media plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Oversee content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign assets in collaboration with the design and content teams.
  • Optimize ad performance through A / B testing, analytics, and conversion rate tracking.
  • Generate and present performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, platform changes, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, or Media Sciences.
  • 1‑2 years of agency experience managing social media and paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Creative mindset with a results‑driven approach.

    Work Type : Remote (Karachi‑based)

    Working Days : Monday – Saturday

    Working Timings : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

    Experience : 1‑2 years

    Employment Type : Full‑time
