Pakistan Facilities Management is looking for a Manager Technical to lead our nationwide technical operations. This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge, vendor management skills, and the ability to manage facility operations across multiple locations. Job Type :
Full-time Salary :
Rs. 130,000 – Rs. 160,000 per month Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related issues. Lead and manage a team of technical supervisors and technicians nationwide. Monitor ERP 365 / equivalent inventory & maintenance software. Oversee building systems, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & ELV IT Systems. Manage vendors and service contracts for facility upkeep. Ensure regulatory compliance (local, state, federal). Develop & implement policies, SOPs, and cost-saving initiatives. Prepare and share quotations & financial proposals. Conduct HSE compliance inspections and respond to emergencies. Monitor budgets and operational efficiency across sites. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years’ experience in Facilities Operations, MEP, Sales Engineering, or a Techno-Commercial role. Strong background in quotations, business cases & budgets. Willingness to travel nationwide. OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent) preferred. Why Join Us?
