Assist with a wide variety of projects using Photoshop, including Website Design Mockups, Social Media Ads and Posts, E-Newsletter Graphics, Flyers, Sales Sheets, and Magazine Ads Contribute with Illustrator for Logo Design and Conceptual work, Business Cards, Social Media Ads and Posts, Flyers, Sales Sheets, Magazine Ads, and E-Newsletter Graphics Utilize InDesign for brochures, pamphlets, and event signage Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, interpret feedback, and improve design projects Manage projects both independently and within a team Communicate updates with Design Team and Project Managers Research design inspirations and ensure artwork meets SD Marketing standards; when unsure, consult with the team Research and troubleshoot using critical thinking across applications, websites, design, and clients Incorporate creativity, sound judgment, and proactive prioritization to meet deadlines Maintain positive interactions with staff at all levels and demonstrate strong time management and multitasking skills Proof all work before finalizing Job Specification / Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Web and Coding : Dreamweaver Video Editing : Premiere Pro (not required but highly encouraged) Experience with WordPress (installing, configuring themes / plugins); ability to convert a website mockup into CSS with full responsiveness Portfolio required (candidates without portfolios will not be considered) Educational background : degree preferred but not required in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related discipline; 2+ years of related experience Application Instructions
