Care Taker Manager

MGC Marketing, Pakistan

Responsibilities :

  • Handling and resolving the complaints by the residents
  • Accumulating pending service charges from the owners of the apartments
  • Managing all the front end employees
  • Managing all the occupancies in all the blocks of Rania Heights
  • Reporting and communicating all the information to the manager and senior manager
  • Responsible for handling all the affairs of the tenants
  • Responsible to perform all the legal documentation between tenants and owners

Job Specification

Required Skills :

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically
  • Strong command in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
