Finance Manager

Qualifications

5 years of experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, QSR, or franchise business. Strong understanding of P&L, cost control, taxation, IFRS & external audit. Experience with SAP S / 4 HANA and advanced Excel reporting. Job Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial planning, reporting, analysis, and internal controls. This role ensures accurate financial management, supports strategic decision making, and drives business growth across all stores and operations. Key Responsibilities

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts. Analyze sales, cost, and profitability trends at the store and regional level. Prepare variance analyses against budgets and provide actionable insights. Support management in strategic planning and decision making. Budgeting & Cost Control

Lead the annual budgeting process for all stores and departments. Monitor operational expenses, food cost, labor cost, and overheads. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and operations. Lead the external audit, including preparation of all relevant documentation, reconciliations, working schedules and notes. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in line with IFRS and company policies. Compile monthly P&L reports for each store. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Monitor daily cash flows across stores. Review bank reconciliations and ensure timely deposits. Internal Controls & Compliance

Implement and strengthen internal financial controls. Ensure compliance with taxation laws (Sales Tax, Income Tax, Withholding). Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Reduce leakages, pilferage, and financial risks across store operations. Seniority level
