About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Coordinator Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for entry-level professionals eager to develop a career in client management. As an intern you will learn how to build strong client relationships manage communications and contribute to client satisfaction and retention under the guidance of senior team members.

You will gain hands-on experience in handling client queries supporting project execution and learning the tools and processes essential for effective client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in developing and maintaining effective communication channels with clients.

Support senior executives in ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Learn how to handle client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.

Coordinate with developers about clinet queries.

Observe and participate in meetings with clients and management.

Assist in updating and maintaining client records and correspondence.

Gain exposure to client service policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office Outlook).

Polite professional and proactive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Interest in learning SaaS services and client requirement handling will be a plus.
