Position Related
We’re looking for an ERP Expert responsible for the development and operation of ERP reporting according to best practices and customer expectations. This role requires familiarity with Agile practices.
ERP at Telenor
Telenor uses cloud‑based Oracle Fusion ERP to provide financial solutions and integrates with other cloud‑based ERPs and Coupa. As an ERP expert you will work closely on integrated ERP solutions to support Fusion ERP.
Goals
- Work in a cloud environment to provide support for delivered components
- Provide ERP technical support to projects implementing Oracle Financials, reporting, and integration for Oracle Financials modules
- Deliver on KPIs in Service Level Agreements (SLA) and report on performance as agreed with customers
- Operate and develop various ERP reporting solutions
Your Typical day at work
Develop, maintain, and support different ERP solutions including Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) and Oracle EBS R12.xProvide end‑to‑end solutions to issues raised by end‑usersWork with multiple application teams and developersDevelop and monitor integrationsPerform system performance tuning and monitoringCollaborate with Oracle supportExecute ad‑hoc data extractions and report developmentDevelop reportsEligibility Criteria
Education :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT / Computer Sciences or similar, with a technical overview of Financials / SCM processes.Minimum 4+ years of experience in system configuration, testing, or building development specifications.Skillsets :
Experience in implementation and support of Oracle FinancialsExperience with OTBI, Oracle ERP Cloud REST / SOAP APIs, SOA, OCI, Oracle R12.2 componentsAbility to develop and customize reports using Oracle BI PublisherKnowledge of advanced SQL & PL / SQL; hands‑on experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud, BICC, ADF desktop integratorKnowledge of Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, and Projects modulesRelevant certification or subject‑to‑experience in the tools and technologiesFunctional Skills / Knowledge Areas
