Provides client relationships through interactions with executives and leaders in the client organization within a mid-sized market or large region. Grows revenue by leveraging IQVIA's offerings and identifying new business opportunities. Essential Functions
Assist the sales team in selling IQVIA products and services within assigned accounts or territory to achieve revenue goals. Participate in sales / proposal presentations with potential clients. Identify contract expansion opportunities within assigned accounts and escalate for qualification and pursuit. Interface with marketing, market research, and IT at the user level in existing and prospective clients. Represent the company to clients and vice versa in all sales activities. Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to the account team. Manage renewals and subscriptions effectively. Participate in contract renewal efforts for large multi-year contracts as needed. Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, marketing, or a related field from an accredited university. At least 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or relationship management. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proficiency in sales, business development, and marketing. Ability to write impactful proposals and reports; proficient in MS Office and analytical software.
