Apply now for the position of Program Lead, Strategy and People and you will drive the cultural and organizational transformation required to scale Siemens Healthineers’ business in Pakistan by 2030. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing initiatives that enhance business processes, employee engagement, build scalable talent strategies, and embed sustainable and compliant business practices. The ideal candidate will bring deep project management, a strong understanding of change management and the ability to lead complex, people‑driven programs. Previous Human Resources experience will be considered.

Program Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead the overall program management of the strategic growth initiative, ensuring alignment with the 2030 vision.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and governance structures.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and interdependencies are managed.
• Prepare and present updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues across workstreams; implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination as needed.
