Overview

We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and recovering debts related to real estate transactions. Your primary goal will be to negotiate and settle outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Debt Recovery : Identify and contact debtors to arrange debt payoffs and negotiate payment plans.
Account Management : Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and update account status records.
Communication : Develop and maintain relationships with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate debt recovery.
Reporting : Provide regular reports on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
Negotiation : Utilize excellent negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with debtors.

Requirements

Experience : Proven experience in debt recovery, collections, or a related field.

Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or law, preferred.

Certifications : Knowledge of laws related to debt collection.
