Senior SQA Engineer - ISB Recruitment Drive New Hybrid - Islamabad

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with a fast-paced team and contribute as a key part of the QA team testing Motive ELD (Electronic Logging Device) and non-ELD integrated software features. This is a cross-functional role that partners with Product, Design, Customer Success, software engineering, and embedded systems development teams.

What You'll Do

• Create test plans, maintain documentation, and perform testing on multiple devices, platforms, and browsers.
• Plan and execute verification of features broken down into components for weekly releases.
• Take full ownership of all QA artifacts and quality processes.
• Identify execution gaps and drive process improvements.
• Review ES and customer-facing issues for your org and aid in retrospective discussions with leads.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects, inconsistencies, and errors in web and mobile applications as well as ELD functions and outputs.
• Take ownership of end-to-end testing.
