We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who’s excited to help our clients succeed and grow with us.

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients. Your job is to ensure they’re not just happy—but thriving with BuzzyBooth. From onboarding new clients to troubleshooting questions and sharing best practices, you’ll play a key role in building long‑term relationships and driving client retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide new clients through onboarding and setup.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure clients are using BuzzyBooth effectively.
  • Build relationships with clients and proactively check in on their goals.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with our technical team when needed.
  • Share client feedback with our team to help improve the product.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and help customers unlock more value.
  • Gather testimonials and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Prior customer success experience.
  • Excellent communication in English with little or no accent.
  • Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and solution‑oriented.
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or support.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable with SaaS platforms and tools.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once.
  • Someone who loves helping others succeed.
