Overview

Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers with the goal of selling products and services. Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with information about new products and services and addressing any concerns they may have. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system. Handle customer questions and objections in a professional and courteous manner. Follow up with customers after each call to ensure their needs are being met. Stay up-to-date on all product and service changes. Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions. Report any issues or concerns to your manager in a timely manner. Assist other team members with their sales calls when needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience of 3 to 4 years in BPO or call center industry is a must to have
  • Candidates with prior experience of selling software services to US clients will be preferred
  • Candidate who can join on immediate basis
  • Ability to work in night shift 7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan time
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • High school degree
  • 4 to 5 years experience in selling software services or digital marketing services

  • Salary : Rs210,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
