Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation : Develop and write engaging, platform‑specific content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest; brainstorm and script captions and video content that align with the brand voice and key messages.
Influencer & Affiliate Communications : Serve as the first point of contact for influencers and Amazon affiliates, managing collaboration requests, personalized outreach, and tiered partnership tracking.
Audience Growth through Engagement : Proactively like, comment, and interact with posts from aligned affiliates and community members to expand reach and build trust.
Content Planning & Calendar Management : Co‑develop the overall content calendar with the Founder, own scheduling, platform adaptations, and consistent, high‑quality posting.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation : Stay ahead of platform updates and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities and keep the brand relevant.
Canva Proficiency : Design custom social media posts and stories from scratch, ensuring visual cohesion with brand guidelines.
Instagram Reels Scriptwriting : Write concise, trend‑driven Reels scripts that capture attention and convey the brand message.
Performance Analysis : Monitor KPIs, track engagement metrics, and use analytics tools to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.
Email Newsletter Copywriting : Craft engaging on‑brand copy for newsletters, aligning themes with marketing priorities and driving conversions.
Product Launch Collaboration : Work with the Founder and Catalog Manager to create launch strategies, coordinate timing, and maintain cohesive messaging across social media and email.
Team Collaboration : Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels and contribute creative ideas to larger campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience managing content calendars, social campaigns, influencer collaborations, and growing brand communities online.
Proven track record in social media management and influencer marketing for a direct‑to‑consumer or e‑commerce brand.
Strong copywriting skills for captions, newsletters, influencer outreach, and video scripts.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Proficient in Canva, capable of producing visually cohesive content from scratch.
Experience with Instagram (posts, Stories, Reels), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including visual and editing proficiency.
Organizational and planning excellence; ability to build and manage content calendars and UGC / influencer content in a structured, timely manner.
Demographic relevance : suited to women aged 28 + who naturally connect with our core audience of modern mothers and caregivers.
