Job Roles / Responsibilities :
Responsible for HRMS administration and position management, troubleshooting system issues, and working closely with IT to support HRMS and ATS platforms. This role also involves developing and delivering system related reports, partnering closely with the HR team, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure effective HRMS administration across all regions.
You will be responsible to :
Ensure Position Data management timely and efficiently.
Ensure HRMS dictionary / setup updates.
Administer and maintain modules in PeopleSoft and Taleo.
Collaborate with ICT on system-related projects, effectively communicating requirements for effective and efficient processes
Support the requirements for data-driven people decisions and mindset across the company.
Understand business processes, troubleshoot system related issues, doing setup and configuration, write queries / reports, gather requirements, and testing.
Manage projects across HRMS and Taleo and take a proactive approach to supporting and delivering improvements.
Write enhancement documentation which includes and not limited to requirements gathering, business analysis, configuration, identifying tables, and test conditions.
Write, execute and review completed system test scripts.
Ensure maintenance and appropriate and adequate documentation and records of accounts.
Requirements : You must have :
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Human Resources / Business Administration.
3-4 years of HRMS system administration and data experience
Experience of PeopleSoft HRMS and Taleo ATS.
Demonstrated experience in handling HRMS modules administration.
Ability to translate business requirements and collaborate with IT for change request.
Able to engage and influence peers and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and focus on priorities and deliverable.
