Working Hours : 2 PM – 11 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Mechanical Estimator to manage the full bidding and pre-construction process for mechanical projects. This individual will lead estimating efforts from concept to closeout—performing take-offs, analyzing costs, and developing competitive proposals.

This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the mechanical construction process, and enjoys the challenge of winning work through precision and strategy.

What you'll do :

• Lead the estimating process for HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects from start to finish.
• Perform and review detailed quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor proposals for accuracy and scope alignment.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates and bid proposals in coordination with project teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow projections, and assist with preconstruction planning.
