Role Overview

As an Amazon Account Manager , you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their Amazon accounts are managed efficiently and issues are resolved promptly during off-office hours. This role requires a blend of client communication, problem-solving skills, and expertise in Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the assigned shift.

Monitor and maintain the health of Amazon seller accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies.

Optimize product listings for enhanced visibility and sales performance.

Prepare detailed shift reports for the Manager, summarizing tasks completed, issues resolved, and updates for the next team.

Use tools like Click-Up, Slack, and Google Sheets to document tasks and updates.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, client communication, or account management.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Reside in Central or South America to align with the shift timing.
