Shopify Store Assistant

Responsibilities

Store Management : Keep Shopify stores running smoothly by ensuring all products, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.

Product & Inventory : Take charge of product listings, from uploading and optimizing new items to tracking inventory levels and coordinating restocks.

Order Operations : Assist with order management, fulfillment tracking, and processing refunds and returns to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Data Analysis : Use your skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to perform data analysis and reporting that drives business decisions.

Collaboration : Work closely with our customer service and operations teams to resolve inquiries and support marketing campaigns.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of online or remote work experience.

1 year of hands‑on Shopify experience : familiarity with the admin dashboard, product uploads, or app integrations.

Data proficiency : skilled in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, especially with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Strong written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Zendesk, ClickUp, Asana, or Google Analytics is a plus.

Bonus : technical experience with Shopify apps, themes, or SEO optimization.
