Support the end-to-end design, launch, and management of digital insurance products within the Jazz ecosystem, driving adoption through seamless coordination with partners, marketing, and tech teams. Contribute to product performance, reporting, and operational excellence through UAT, lifecycle management, and execution of go-to-market strategies. What does Specialist Digital Products - InsurTech do? Support the design, development, and execution of digital insurance products within the Jazz ecosystem. Assist in implementing go-to-market plans and driving customer adoption for new and existing InsurTech offerings. Coordinate with insurance partners, tech, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing operations. Contribute to product lifecycle management — pricing, reporting, customer feedback, and performance tracking. Conduct detailed product UAT and make iterations as required. Execute performance marketing campaigns. Provide operational support for campaigns, reporting, and compliance processes. 1-3 years of experience in Digital Products, Insurance, Product Management, or Marketing. Good understanding of insurance products, digital ecosystems, and customer needs. Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of

Excel and PowerPoint ; exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus. Ability to conduct research, analyze product performance, and provide actionable insights. Effective communication and presentation skills. Team player with the ability to coordinate across functions in a fast-paced environment.
