Job Description

• Act as security duty manager in absence of Department manager security and coordinate all security and LP related matter with store / Warehouse teams.
• Ensure Asset protection, parameter security, and guards’ deployment at respective store / warehouse.
• Close coordination with respective police station to build a healthy relationship for timely support whenever required.
• Reporting all security& safety incidents with root cause analyses and corrective actions to ops / security management at respective store / warehouse as well HO.
• Ensure Implementation of ops and security sops with true letter & spirit and report non-compliances to store manager, RM Security and Sr. Manager security with recommendations.
• Ensure OHS policy is being followed with letter and spirit at store / warehouse.
• Responsible for ensuring store / warehouse protection against, Vandalism, wilful damage to corporate property.
• Monitoring and checking of goods receiving on random basis and cross verifications of received goods according to GR summery at respective store / warehouse.
• Ensure presence in fuel / goods receiving.
• Check all RTS, IST’s.
• Check all bulk sales to ensure quantity, quality, and compatibility with the invoice after checking out cleared the sale.
• Carry out inventory surveillance and surprise checks using GMS and PDT.
• Carry out inventory surveillance along with store / warehouse staff on daily, weekly, and monthly basis and update store and head office security management.
• Check and monitor customer returns randomly.
• Check, enforce and implement internal consumption at the store / warehouse.
• Monitor and check Waste disposal.
• Randomly monitor and check F & V, Dairy and any other receiving.
• Trade and delivery solution stock delivery and return verifications at store / warehouse.
• Ensure gate pass Sop is implemented and signature specimen are in place.
