The Role : Second-in-Command Leadership Position

You'll be the CEO's right hand, managing every aspect of our business operations. This is a high-level leadership role where you'll control :

• Hiring & firing team members
• Budget negotiations and outsourcing projects
• Client relationships
• Strategic execution
• When the CEO develops strategy, you make it reality.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Managing complete business operations (sales, marketing, operations, client delivery)

Hiring and firing team members based on performance

Negotiating budgets and outsourcing projects beyond our team's scope

Building automated systems that run without constant supervision

Handling everything from VA-level tasks to million-dollar strategy execution

Leading client meetings and presentations with confidence

Generating high revenue through strategic implementation

Scaling the company through systematic growth processes

Compensation & Growth Trajectory

Starting Salary : 30,000 / month

Performance-based Increases : Up to 100,000+ (immediate raises based on results)

Working Hours : 11 AM – 8 PM, Sunday off

Technical Non-Negotiables

AI Mastery : You can accomplish anything using AI tools

Design Sense : Expert in Shopify, Canva, Photoshop, Webflow, design principles and video editing tools like capcut etc

Tool Adaptability : You can master any software / platform quickly

System Building : You create processes that run automatically

Technical Knowledge : Shopify, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flutter, Java, PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce familiarity

Clear English Communication : Confident speaking with excellent accent

Experience Requirements

Mixed industry background (we don't want specialists)

Problem-solving across different domains and challenges

Comfortable with unpredictable, varied daily tasks

Agency or high-growth startup experience preferred
