Frontend Developer

Overview Mashvisor empowers individuals to make informed and profitable real estate investments through its online platform that aggregates real estate data instantly. The platform provides neighborhood data and analytics such as Cash Flow, Cash on Cash Return, Cap Rate, GRM, Vacancy Rates, and rental market strength indicators to identify secure investment opportunities for traditional and short-term lodging properties, including Airbnb.

Role Description We are seeking a frontend engineer with a strong focus on building data-driven, intuitive user interfaces for real estate analytics.

3+ years of frontend engineering experience (startup or PropTech experience is a plus).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into intuitive UI / UX.

Passion for building tools that solve real-world problems in real estate.

A collaborative mindset, willing to share knowledge, review code, and grow with the team.

Bachelors in Computer Science or similar.

Advanced React development, including hooks, state management, and component design.

Expertise in CSS and HTML5.

Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.

Attention to detail.

Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and SEO optimization.

Familiarity with interactive maps (Mapbox, Leaflet, Google Maps APIs).

Working knowledge of charting libraries (D3.js, Recharts, Highcharts).

Ability to translate complex ideas / data into intuitive UI / UX before designs are ready.

Exposure to WordPress integration for content-driven features.
